Measuring 105 x 151 x 25 mm, Model MT 105-50-LM provides 50 mm travel with ±1 µm straightness/flatness runout and ±0.2 µm repeatability. Anodized aluminum unit includes preloaded cross roller bearings, fixed stops, and incremental linear encoder with 0.1 µm resolution. Available as XY stage without adapter plate or configured as XYZ system with optional bracket, Model MT 105-50-LM is suited for semiconductor metrology, biomedical, miniature robotics, and laser industry.

New Light Weight Micro Manipulator System
BURLINGTON, MA, --Steinmeyer, Inc. announced a new high precision, light weight, micro manipulator stage MT 105-50-LM. This stage is an excellent choice for applications in the semiconductor metrology, biomedical, miniature robotics and laser industry.
With a sleek low profile design, it has a footprint of 105 mm x 151 mm, height of only 25 mm and amazingly only weighs 1.0 kg! Manufactured from high strength anodized aluminum, the standard table offers a travel of 50 mm with a positional accuracy of 1µm (micrometer), straightness/flatness runout of +/- 1µm and repeatability of +/- 0.2 µm. Features include: preloaded cross roller bearings, fixed stops and incremental linear encoder with 0.1 µm resolution. This product can be provided as a XY stage without adapter plate and can also be configured as a XYZ system with an optional bracket. Ultra high vacuum, clean room or non-magnetic preparation is available on request.
