Able to handle prototype as well as production work, UTILIS® Multidec® 1600 series is comprised of micro grooving and turning tools ground from premium carbide grades. Turning tools, designed for small Swiss machines, cut .0019-.108 in. thick grooves with .0004 in. repeatability. Products meet design and production requirements of micro medical devices, dental implants, electronic, and other micro components utilizing micro grooving.
