Micro-Diaphragm Pump provides contamination-free sampling.
August 19, 2010 -
Designed to satisfy stringent requirements of gas chromatography, Model NMP30 features 316 stainless steel heads, FFPM valves, structured FPM diaphragm, ¼-28 threaded ports, and leak-tight construction. Unit is capable of 3 lpm flow rate and generates 19 in. Hg vacuum. Driven by low EMF brushless DC motor, corrosion-resistant pump is also suitable for stack gas sampling, gas detectors, vapor analyzers, and other sensitive, demanding sampling requirements.

Leaktight, Stainless Steel Micro-Diaphragm Pump
For demanding corrosion-resistant, contamination-free sampling
The miniature NMP30 diaphragm pump proves to be one of KNF's most versatile models. For the first time, a micropump is available with 316 stainless heads, FFPM valves, a smooth, structured FPM diaphragm, 1/4-28 threaded ports and leak tight construction to satisfy the stringent requirements of gas chromatography. Capable of 3 LPM flow rate, generating 19" Hg vacuum, it is driven by a low EMF brushless DC motor to ensure long service life.
Other motors and wetted materials are available for the NMP30. The corrosion-resistant, contamination-free characteristics, and availability of threaded connections for this design make it suitable for gas chromatography sampling, stack gas sampling, gas detectors, vapor analyzers, and other sensitive, demanding sampling requirements.
