May 14, 2002 - Modular Metering Pumps include sealless diaphragm or sealed-plunger design with wide selection of drive elements. Metering accuracy is ±0.5%, based upon setpoint resolution of .01 mm. Pumps accommodate pressures up to 17,400 psi and flow rates from 0.26 GPH to 13,225 GPH per pump head. Providing 100 set points per 1 mm of stroke length, pumps can be mixed and matched in any combination for continuous, accurate proportioning of different liquid streams.

Modular Metering Pumps With Manual, Electric or Pneumatic Actuation

A full range of modular metering pumps that can be supplied with manual, electric, or pneumatic actuation to meet exact customer requirements are available from AMERICAN LEWA, Inc. of Holliston, Massachusetts.

LEWA Modular Metering Pumps include sealless diaphragm or sealed plunger designs available with manual, electric, or pneumatic stroke adjusters and a wide selection of drive elements. Featuring metering accuracy of ±0.5% based upon a setpoint resolution of .01 mm, these modular metering pumps can be matched to customer requirements and upgraded in the future if needed.

Providing 100 set points per 1 mm of stroke length availability (resolution of .01 mm), LEWA Modular Metering Pumps can be mixed and matched in any combination for continuous, accurate proportioning of different liquid streams. They can accommodate pressures up to 17,400 psi, flow rates from 0.26 GPH to 13,225 GPH per pump head, and come with several control options.
