September 27, 2005 - Piston-based, software-driven, EZ-mix®VR Variable Ratio Meter, Mix & Dispense System provides accurate mixing without changing gears or mechanical adjustments. Featuring 0.1 ml repeatability, users can achieve variable ratio dispensing in 1/100th increments from 1:1 to 20:1 through keypad. System can be hooked up to any size reservoir ranging from disposable cartridges to 55 gal or larger drums, and is suited for adjusting ratios to meet 2-part fluid requirements.

Meter, Mix & Dispense System Changes Ratio Via Keypad In Seconds


A fully automated, meter, mix & dispense system that eliminates the need for mechanically adjusting push rods and gears to change mixing ratios has been introduced by DTIC Dispensing Technologies of So. Lancaster, Massachusetts.

The EZ-mix®VR Variable Ratio Meter, Mix & Dispense System is a piston-based, software-driven, positive displacement system that provides accurate mixing without changing gears or other time-consuming mechanical adjustments. Featuring 0.1 ml repeatability, users can achieve variable ratio dispensing in 1/100th increments from 1:1 to 20:1 through the keypad, and there is no pulsation or other detectable change in dispensing during changeover.

Eliminating the process of waiting for piston pumps to refill with material from reservoirs, the EZ-mix®VR Variable Ratio Meter, Mix & Dispense System can be hooked up to any size reservoir ranging from disposable cartridges to 55-gallon or larger drums. Ideally suited for finely adjusting ratios to meet specific two-part fluid requirements such as the proper durometer or recipe, users can easily enter, store, and modify their process parameters.

The EZ-mix®VR Variable Ratio Meter, Mix & Dispense System is priced from $14,995.00, depending upon fixturing. Literature is available on request.
