The Virtium 16GB DDR3 VLP Mini-RDIMM is especially ideal for many networking and high end medical applications where low-profile height and small size are key requirements.
Designed to provide increased reliability and meet the demand for improved airflow in space-constrained systems, Virtium has applied a new layout technique that reduces the module's overall thickness while doubling the module density. Virtium's 16GB DDR3 VLP Mini-RDIMM is available in 1.5V and 1.35V configurations for lower power consumption and can be screened for extended temperature operation.
