Melt Blown Filters deliver repeatable performance.
December 7, 2010 -
Melt Blown depth filter cartridges of absolute rated Stratum A Series and nominal Stratum C Series feature 4-zone, true graded pore structure for optimal fluid clarification. Cactus Core immobilizes media and prevents unloading of captured contaminant, and dirt holding capacity improvements range from 30%-200%. While Stratum A captures 0.5-70 micron with 99.9% efficiency, Stratum C Series captures 0.5-75 micron at 90% efficiency. Both are constructed of 100% pure polypropylene.

New Stratum Series Advanced Melt Blown Filters Feature Proprietary "Cactus Core" Captures and Prevents Unloading of Process Contaminants
Graver Technologies announces Stratum Series Melt Blown depth filter cartridges. The absolute rated Stratum A Series and nominal Stratum C Series are made on a state-of-the-art melt blowing line with all microprocessor controllers - the result is highly consistent, precise product that delivers repeatable performance in a wide range of applications. The four zone structure creates a true graded pore structure for excellent fluid clarification.
All Stratum Series filters are constructed with a proprietary "Cactus Core" that immobilizes the media and prevents unloading of captured contaminant. The multi-zone, graded pore structure excels in both on-stream life and flow versus the commonly available graded density products. Dirt holding capacity advantages of as much as 30% to 200% have been shown in laboratory testing. Customers confirm this outstanding performance in real world applications.
Stratum A - 0.5 to 70 micron at 99.9% efficiency
Stratum C Series - 0.5 to 75 micron at 90% efficiency
Multi-zone construction for a true graded pore structure
100% pure polypropylene - FDA listed, USP Class VI compliant
