TRUMPower Features New and Compact 250W 1U Medical Grade Flex ATX PC Power Supply
Santa Clara, California, USA -- TRUMPower releases the 250W TMPC-250-1U, which has a height of 1.59 inches that makes the PC power supply ideal for 1U and confined space applications where height is limited.
The TMPC-250-1U, featuring 90-264 VAC full range input and active PFC, is approved by UL, cUL and TUV to the latest 3rd edition EN 60601-1, IEC 60601-1, UL 60601-1 medical standards, including ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1:2005 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 60601-1:08. MTBF at full load is higher than 205K hours at 25°C ambient, calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. Earth leakage current is typically as low as 155 µA @ 264 VAC. The power supply complies with EN60601-1-2 EMC standards, including EN55011/FCC/VCCI class B (conducted and radiated emissions), EN61000-3-2, EN61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN61000-4-5, EN61000-4-11. The power supply carries CE marking and is RoHS compliant as well.
The TMPC-250-1U complies with FlexATX and ATX12V standards and meets 80 PLUS Bronze high efficiency level. It comes with DC output voltages and maximum loads of +3.3V/12A, +5V/14A, +12V/18A, -12V/0.3A, -5V/0.3A, +5Vsb/2.5A. Maximum total output power is 250W, with the combined output of +3.3V and +5V being 80W maximum. The unit can fully loaded at 0°C to +50°C ambient temperature. With overall dimensions of 81.5mm x 40.5mm x 190mm, the power supply comes with a standard output cableset, which includes a 20+4 pin CPU connector, a 12V P4 connector, 4-pin Molex and 15-pin SATA HDD connectors. Alternatively, custom cablesets can be ordered to accommodate special requirements.
Additional features of the TMPC-250-1U include dual input line fuses, output overvoltage, overpower and overcurrent protections. Before delivery, every power supply is subject to Burn-in test at 50°C and ATE test to ensure its quality and reliability. Furthermore, the unit incorporates a durable ball-bearing fan with noise killer.
The TMPC-250-1U is priced at $149/ea in OEM quantity, with lead time being stock to 8 weeks ARO.
