Windsor, Connecticut - November 17, 2008.... Scapa Medical has introduced Scapa 4005-800A, an extremely soft and conformable pressure sensitive polyurethane foam tape for direct skin applications including wound care, consumer dressings, and medical device attachment.
Scapa 4005/800A consists of thin (0.43 mm) tan polyurethane foam coated on one side with a high tack medical grade acrylic adhesive system. The product is supplied with a white kraft release liner. Scapa 4005/800A is moisture vapor permeable, allowing optimal natural healing.
