New Construction Grade Measuring Tools Expand BAHCOŽ Brand Professional Product Line
Tape Rules, Long Tape and Magnetic Belt Holster Provide Comfort, Control and Durability
SCRANTON, Pa., July 27, 2003 - A new family of durable construction tape measuring products from BAHCO North America, Inc. expands the BAHCOŽ brand professional tool product line with a variety of models designed for comfortable use, maximum control and long life.
New 850000 series Construction Grade Tape Rules feature comfortable rubber grips, easy-to-read yellow tape blades with baked-on epoxy coatings to extend blade life and legibility, and hook bumpers to protect the blade hook. High-impact ABS case construction provides durability and strength in working applications and is available in either Chrome or Orange case styles. The rules also feature a triple rivet adjusting hook for more accurate measurements, a positive slide-locking brake to securely hold the blade in place for precise lengths and a convenient belt clip to keep the tape rule handy at all times. The tape rules are available in English or combination English/Metric measurements in sizes ranging from 3/4-inch by 16 feet long to 1-inch by 30 feet long.
Also new from BAHCOŽ North America, Inc. are four models of Professional Long Tape measuring tools. Housed in a durable, black lightweight aircraft aluminum case, each Professional Long Tape has a built-in Auto Rewind feature that automatically returns the tape back to the case - similar to the style of shorter length tape rules. An anti-lock brake system controls the tape's return when rewinding, and a built-in bumper protects the blade tip during the rewind process. These long tapes feature an open spool design to eliminate tape jamming, and easy-to-read stud and truss markings printed on both sides of the blade. For added convenience in use, BAHCOŽ offers a double position chrome hook for one-person measurements as well as a swivel clip for easy attachment to the user's belt or tool pouch. The tape rules are available in English or combination English/Metric measurements in sizes ranging from 3/8-inch to 50- and 100-foot lengths.
Completing the BAHCOŽ construction measuring tools line is the new 850050 Magnetic Belt Tape Holster that securely stores 16- to 35-foot-long measuring tapes. Built with impact resistant ABS plastic for maximum durability and strength, the Magnetic Belt Tape Holster features a powerful magnet contact between the holster and tape rule as well as quick release for immediate access to the measuring tape.
