High-temperature PVC vinyl masking caps offer chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 425ºF. They are available in 0.078-8 in. dia sizes and in multiple lengths for each diameter, with choice of rounded top or easy pull tab. Vinyl caps in black material are also available. Caps can be kept on for product protection during shipping.

Alliance Plastics now manufactures and stocks a full line of high temperature vinyl masking caps that are an ideal solution for one-time applications. The soft vinyl material offers excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 425ºF. Sizing starts as small as 0.078" to 8" in diameter. The standard product line is offering in multiple lengths in each of the diameter, with a choice of rounded top or with an easy pull tab. The low cost of vinyl allow you the option to keep the caps on as a protection product for shipping. If temperature resistance is not required, we also offer our standard line of vinyl caps in black material.
