Erie, PA --- ProGrade® Easy to Clean Grates in Housing provide quick removal of accumulated fine iron contamination and offer trouble-free push-pull operation. These units, part of Eriez’ line of high quality, low cost ProGrade standard magnetic separators, are available for immediate shipment.
Cleaning is quick and straightforward. Simply unlatch the clamps on the drawer fronts, pull the magnet bank toward you and the accumulated metal contamination is scraped from the tube and discharged out the front of the housing. The cleaning cycle is reduced to only a few seconds with this push–pull operation.
Eriez ProGrade Easy to Clean Grates in Housing are available in Rare Earth and Xtreme® Rare Earth magnet strengths, enabling professionals in diverse industries to choose the ideal level of protection for their specific application. Rare Earth powered separators are designed to remove small ferrous contaminants such as pins, staples and clips. Separators powered by Xtreme Rare Earth magnet material are best at removing weakly magnetic fine ferrous contamination.
These separators feature all stainless steel construction and glass bead surface finish. They are suitable for use in temperatures up to 150 F.
