Using ambient air, Airplus® produces Wave ½ in. cells or Quilt ¾ in. cells at speeds of 30 fps. Thirty-pound roll of 13 in. film produces full 12 in. web, which is perforated every 6 in., yielding 95 cu-ft of Quilt cushioning or 75 cu-ft of Wave cushioning. Both products are suited for wrapping, surface protection, and void fill applications in wide range of industries.

NEW Airplus® Wave and Quilt Machine for On-Demand Air Cushioning Production
Cincinnati, OH - Storopack, Inc. introduces the Airplus® machine for the on-demand manufacturing of bubble-wrap type air cushioning. A single versatile machine can produce Wave ½" cells or Quilt ¾" cells at a speed of 30 feet per minute using ambient air. On-demand production frees valuable warehouse space. A 30# roll of 13" film produces a full 12" web which is perforated every 6 inches yielding 95 cubic feet of Quilt cushioning or 75 cubic feet of Wave cushioning. Airplus® Wave & Quilt "bubble on demand" products are ideal for wrapping, surface protection and void fill applications in a wide range of industries. Both products can be run on standard Storopack Excel machines with minor setting adjustments.
