The Swanson Agile Slim PL Continues the Swanson Agile Assembly® Technologies Product Development
Its narrow width of 8 inches (200mm) and its dimensionally warranted precision modules in 18 inch (450mm) increments make the Swanson Agileslim PL an ideal production vehicle for small parts assembly, gaging, sorting, and processing. The Agileslim PL can be furnished in three configurations: carrousel, vertical, or over and under. It can utilize servo-controlled or cam controlled motion for intermittent or continuous movement. Two inch (50mm) or three inch (75mm) precision links are available.
Companion AT-1 cam actuated parts placers and AT-1P4 single axis parts insertion/gaging units are available as accessory components.
Because of its warranted dimensional modularity the Agileslim PL can be expanded, contracted or modified with a minimum of time and effort, making the Agileslim PL ideal for prototyping, testing, and one-of-a-kind machine development.
