March 30, 2005 - Lump Breaker has dual 1 in. diameter, counter-rotating shafts with eccentric rotor blades running between companion stators. Design of rotating shafts facilitates cleaning, and tools are required for assembly and disassembly. Unit integrates into bulk bag discharger to reduce material lump sizes down to pneumatically conveyable size. Maximum discharge particle size is 3/8 in.

Quick Clean Material Lump Breaker Integrates Into Bulk Bag Discharger To Reduce Material Lump Sizes Down To A Pneumatically Conveyable Size
The lump breaker has dual 1” dia., counter-rotating shafts with eccentric rotor blades running between companion stators. The rotating shafts are designed for ease of cleaning as no tools are required for assembly and disassembly. The maximum discharge particle size for this application was 3/8”. The unit is easily integrated into a NBE bulk bag discharger because its 20” dia. inlet is consistent with NBE's E3 outlet size.
