NEW Minimum Quantity Lubrication Nozzle for Band Sawing

Glenview, IL - July 15, 2009 - Accu-Lube introduces a new specialty band-sawing nozzle for Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL), the RL-Nozzle. The new RL-Nozzle is more compact that previous models and features better spray performance for superior lubrication application.

The new RL-Nozzle attaches to a two pump Accu-Lube MQL applicator system and features 2 internal atomizing chambers where lubricant is broken up before it is sprayed onto the tool. The smaller lubrication particles give a more even, constant spray for constant lubrication and protection. The RL-Nozzle sprays lubricant from three different places so this single nozzle does the work of three nozzles and since the lubricant and air is mixed right at the nozzle, not back in the applicator, there is no lag time or dry cutting. The RL-Nozzle is designed to increase tool life, reduce fluid consumption, and maximize sawing productivity.

ITW ROCOL North America designs and manufactures a full line of lubricants and cutting fluids for the metalworking industry including the Accu-Lube product line of environmentally-safe lubricants and equipment for minimum quantity lubrication.
