Operating in L-band from 1,430-1,930 MHz with tuning voltage range of 2-9 Vdc, RoHS-compliant V674ME03-LF features typical phase noise of -94 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typical tuning sensitivity of 102 MHz/V. It delivers typical output power of 5 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 33 mA (typ) over -40 to +85ºC range and comes in 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.13 in. MINI package with low shield measuring. Typical 2nd harmonic suppression is rated at -15 dBc.

Wideband VCO V674ME03-LF Features Low Phase Noise
SAN DIEGO, September 18, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V674ME03-LF in L-band. The V674ME03-LF operates from 1430-1930 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 2-9 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -94 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 102 MHz/V.
The V674ME03-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 5 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 33 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI package with low shield measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V674ME03-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
