Available as option for Type 21 ball valve sizes ½-4 in., pad-lockable handle directly replaces standard valve handle and acts as deterrent to prevent unauthorized cycling of valve. It can also serve as position indicator, demonstrating current state of valve. Offered in kit form, handle permits field installation on new or existing Type 21 ball valves and also doubles as carrier removal tool for valve maintenance and adjustments.

New handle prevents unauthorized use & serves as position indicator
Asahi/America, Inc. introduces the new locking handle for their Type 21 Ball Valves. The pad-lockable handle directly replaces the standard valve handle and acts as a deterrent to prevent unauthorized cycling of the valve. The new design allows the handle to serve as a position indicator, easily demonstrating the current state of the valve. The handle also doubles as a carrier removal tool, used for valve maintenance and adjustments.
The locking handle is available as an option for Asahi's Type 21 Ball valve sizes ½" - 4". Sold in "kit" form, the handle permits easy field installation on new or existing Type 21 ball valves. No tools are required for sizes ½" - 2" and a #2 Philips head screwdriver is the only tool needed for installation of sizes 2 ½" - 4".
