Tractel, Inc. Griphoist Division Announces Expansion of New Range of Dynafor Load Indicators
New Range of Dynafor LLX2 load indicators.
Canton, MA. April 11, 2008: The Griphoist Material Handling Division of Tractel, Inc. introduces a revolutionary new load indicator, the Dynafor LLX2. Loaded with many exclusive and patented new features, the LLX2 represents the new benchmark in industrial load cells.
This new range of load cells is currently available in capacities from ½t to 10t, in accordance with the Renard scale, with plans to have the remaining capacities (up to 250t) available in the near future.
Some of the unique or patented and standard features include:
o Improved accuracy to .1%
o 'Cross - plane' design, where upper and lower attachment points are positioned 90 degrees from each other allowing articulation in two planes.
o Attachment points designed to use standard and traditional chain attachment accessories.
o Weather protection to NEMA 4X (IP66) for sensor, IP 54 for display.
o Attachable - detachable display unit
o Sum, audible alarm, peak hold and tare functions standard
o Available display options include lbs, short ton, metric ton, Kg, Kn and daN.
o 2.4 GHz permanent radio ZIGBEE connection between the sensor and the display with 260 ft. range.
o Universal interchangeable display
o One to four sensors can be linked to one to display
o Slave displays can be linked to the master display
o Up to 16 sensors can be used in the same area without any cross interference.
o High endurance: Sensor battery life 300-1000 hours; Display's rechargeable battery life 48 hours of use.
o Sensor can accept standard and rechargeable AA batteries
o Display shows available battery life for both the sensor and the display.
o With optional PC connection:
o An unlimited number of data entries can be recorded and saved in table or graph format
o Up to 8 sensors can be monitored.
