SCWM shear web pancake-type load cell is designed for material testing, force calibration of presses, and other technical and industrial compressive force measurement applications. Precision sensor, constructed of nickel-plated alloy tool steel, is fully potted to IP65 to protect from water damage and features 4 bolt slots for mounting. Standard output is 2 mV/V, making it compatible with signal conditioners and standard strain gage digital displays.

New Low Cost, SWCM Low Profile Pancake Load Cell
Load Cell Central has introduced a new low profile shear web "pancake" type load cell, the SCWM. This versatile, precision sensor is designed for compression loads such as material testing, force calibration of presses, and many technical and industrial compressive force measurement applications.
Constructed of nickel-plated high alloy tool steel and fully potted to IP65 to protect from water damage, the SCWM has four bolt slots for quick and easy mounting. Standard output is 2 mV/V (for example 20 millivolts full scale with 10V excitation), making it compatible with a wide variety of signal conditioners (for interface with a PC, PLC, or data recorder) and with standard strain gage digital displays.
