Royal Roto-Shield(TM) Live Centers feature oversized steel coolant slinger machined into rotating point and spring-loaded neoprene seal that is resistant to abrasion and metalworking fluids. Construction promotes bearing life by deflecting coolant; protecting bearings against harmful chips, fines, and dust; minimizing seal wear; and maintaining grease consistency. Centers are rated for high-pressure coolant applications to 2,000 psi and have runout accuracy of ±0.000050 in. TIR.
