Liquid/Powder Vibratory Screeners have straight-through design.

Press Release Summary:

Available in 5 sizes from 10 in. lab unit up to 60 in. production scale unit, Russell Compact Sieves are used for safety screening of powders and liquid slurries. Design promotes transmission of vibration to mesh screen surface, while quick release toggle clamps facilitate disassembly and cleaning. Mounted on rubber suspension system, low-profile vibratory screeners operate at less than 70 dBA typ and can achieve throughput rates up to 60,000 kg/hr.

Russell Finex Launch Extended Range of Vibratory Screeners

Global sieving and separation specialists Russell Finex launch the new and extended range of Russell Compact Sieves, a high-performance, low profile vibratory screener for safety screening liquids and powders.

Mounted on a unique rubber suspension system, the Russell Compact Sieve offers considerable benefits over conventional spring mounted systems. As well as quieter operation (typically less than 70dBA), the screener is able to transmit significantly more vibration to the mesh screen surface. Combining this with its straight-through design allows for much higher flow rates and improved product separation. In some conditions a 22" unit can handle flow rates similar to a traditional 48" spring mounted unit.

It's simple design and quick release toggle clamps instead of conventional band clamps, make the unit quick to dis-assemble and clean between product changes, without the need for tools.

The Russell Compact Sieve is now available in 5 different sizes, ranging from a 10" lab unit up to a 60" production scale unit.
