March 24, 2009 - RoHS compliant FSW-9000 Series flow switch monitor measures velocity of flow and features chain of 8 LEDs that gives visual indication of flow rate as well as set-point status, and one di-chromatic LED that indicates switch point status. Sensing element and connection are made with 316 SS and standard enclosure is glass-filled nylon. Product can be made with variety of process connections such as threaded, flange, or sanitary clamp fitting and is also available in aluminum enclosure.

Liquid Flow Transmitter and Switch FSW-9000


The FSW-9000 series provides high reliability with no moving parts. This flow switch monitor measures the velocity of the flow and features a chain of 8 LEDs which gives the user a visual indication of the flow rate as well as set-point status, and one di-chromatic LED indicates switch point status. The sensing element and connection of the FSW-9000 are made with 316 SS and the standard enclosure is glass-filled nylon. This RoHS compliant product can be made with a variety of process connections such as threaded, flange, or sanitary clamp fitting the Omega Tri-Grip(TM) and is also available in an aluminum enclosure for heavy duty installation requirements. Many food and beverage processes require sensors to be installed with Tri-grip(TM) (Tri-clamp® compatible) sanitary fittings. Ideal use in measurement, control liquid applications, and automotive testing.
