Available in wide range of sizes with slides ranging from 50-150 mm wide, FB Series Stages are based on crossed roller bearings and are provided with non-contact linear encoder. Position resolution ranges from 1 µm to 10 nm. Stages are compatible to single- or multi-axis configurations with XY or XYZ mounting options. Vacuum rated and non-magnetic versions are available.
