March 23, 2006 - Available in wide range of sizes with slides ranging from 50-150 mm wide, FB Series Stages are based on crossed roller bearings and are provided with non-contact linear encoder. Position resolution ranges from 1 µm to 10 nm. Stages are compatible to single- or multi-axis configurations with XY or XYZ mounting options. Vacuum rated and non-magnetic versions are available.

FB Series of Precision Linear Stages


Nanomotion is proud to introduce the FB Series stage, product line of precision linear stages utilizing its ceramic servo motors. The FB series is available in a wide range of sizes, with slides as narrow as 50mm, and up to 150mm wide. All stages are based on crossed roller bearings and are provided with a non-contact linear encoder. Position resolution ranges from 1µm to 10nm. The FB Series is compatible to single or multi axis configurations with XY or XYZ mounting options. Vacuum rated and non-magnetic versions are available.
