The one-piece polymer ball cage coupled with the hardened bearing steel shell provides minimal friction and higher load capacities then conventional linear ball bearings. Lengthening the ball races allowing more balls in the load zone improves the loading and achieves smooth, unlimited linear travel. To enhance reliability the bearings come sealed at no extra charge. They are available in a broad range of sizes and configurations including the popular integrated Flange, twin-length types, and pillow blocks.
