Annandale, NJ - October 2, 2006 - Ingersoll Rand, known for world-class pneumatic tools and components, now delivers the best in cordless impacts with the release of the W360 1/2" Impactool as part of its IQV(TM) Series cordless product offering.
Developed for the automotive and industrial professional, the W360 is significantly lighter than competitive models, weighing only 6.2 pounds while delivering a best-in-class 360 foot-pounds of reverse torque - up to double the power-to-weight of other leading cordless brands.
The W360 also offers the latest in battery technology. Onboard battery electronics provide the ability to choose either lithium-ion or nickel-cadmium batteries for every tool. Constructed with superior cell technologies, all IQV batteries offer best-in-class recharge life in addition to the patent-pending IQV Grip interface.
