January 29, 2002 - Portable lift table enables tool-less installation and removal of cylinder printing units, which must be mounted in heavy-duty bearings and bearing blocks. It features swivel casters; dual position, constant pressure push button controls; and on-board battery and charger system. PentaFlow hydraulic cylinder is completely sealed and all components are continuously lubricated, eliminating cylinder contamination, deterioration and dead-ending.

Pentalift Equipment Introduces Swivel-Castered, Battery-Powered Lift Table For Use On High-Speed Printing Press Installations
January 2002 - A fully portable Lift Table has been designed by Pentalift Equipment Corporation, Buffalo, New York for use in servicing high speed, specialty web offset printing lines. The first use of the new table is as a standard component of high-speed printing presses marketed by the world's leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art printing machinery used in the direct mail, business forms, packaging and specialty web offset lithography industry.
The Pentalift-designed lift table enables a tool-less installation and removal of cylinder printing units, which must be mounted in heavy-duty bearings and bearing blocks. Pentalift states that the fully portable design of this new lift table features: heavy duty swivel casters, providing for safe and efficient positioning within a very tight operating area; dual position, constant pressure push button controls, enabling operator control from either side of the table; and an on-board, high efficiency battery and charger system.
The new lift table also features Pentalift's exclusive PentaFlow Hydraulic Cylinder, designed to ensure long cylinder life and reduce maintenance. The PentaFlow cylinder is completely
