New Lid Support Industrial Hardware Collection
Sugatsune launched its state of the art Lid Support Industrial Hardware product line to the USA market. This industrial hardware has patented Lapcon Soft Dampening Technology and ability to accommodate a full range of lid sizes, lid weights, and opening and multi positional requirements to solve unique and complex hardware problems.
The new core feature of these Lid Stays is that many components are made of durable stainless steel combined with Lapcon soft dampening technology that provides smooth and quite motion for over 30,000 open/close cycle tests. The new Heavy duty HDS series are recognized by the LGA for 90,000 cycles and come in multi stop and have mechanical locks that do not require tracks or guides. Often only one stay per lid is required reducing cost and installation time. Suitable for Downward - Upward - Top opening flaps the Lid stays prevent slamming or flying open and have great application in harsh environments with high vibration or excessive temperatures.
