Bench-top Qualipak-B 752 performs repeatable, non-destructive leak tests on containers used in food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. Comprised of Model 1100 test instrument and 6 in. dia chamber, system allows normal packaging to be returned to line and contents of leaking packages to be reclaimed. Chamber infills are used for volume reduction and allow for varying container sizes to be tested in each chamber. Each test cycle takes less than 1 min.

Uson Introduces New Larger Non-Destructive Leak Detection System for Sealed Bottles and Canisters
Tester Aimed at Food, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries
HOUSTON (April 27, 2006) - Uson, the world leader in the precision leak, flow, and eddy current tester market, today announced the release of its new Qualipak-B 752 leak tester, a new larger flexible, repeatable non-destructive leak test system that will allow testing of a wide selection of bottles and canisters in the food, medical and pharmaceutical industries. The new tester combines economy with accuracy and allows for normal packaging to be returned to the line, and the contents of leaking packages to be reclaimed (www.uson.com).
The Qualipak-B 752 leak tester consists of one Model 1100 test instrument and a six-inch diameter chamber. Chamber infills are used for volume reduction and allow for varying container sizes to be tested in each chamber. The Uson Model 1100 controls the evacuation of the chamber and monitors the changes in pressure during the test cycle.
Designed as an audit tester, the standard Qualipak-B test systems can accommodate up to 4.5 inch diameter containers using a Qualipak-B 751 leak tester and up to six inch diameter containers using a Qualipak -752 leak tester. Custom chambers are also available.
Each test cycle is less than a minute. The tester is easy set up and use; has an anodized aluminum chamber and base; custom volume filling inserts; great flexibility; a PCMCIA card slot for memory storage; touch screen input; pressure plot graphics; and a robust bench top design to be onsite with the package sealing equipment.
