Forced hot air Pb-free CR reflow system, CR6000, is computer-controlled, measures 12.5 ft long model, and has 6 individually managed upper and lower heat zones. Designed to meet temperature and process control requirements of lead-free processes, system's large-oven capabilities include DT of ±2șC edge-to-edge heating conformity integrated with 3-channel profiler and motor-adjustable 17.7 in. pin conveyor over 22.4 in. stainless steel mesh belt.

Manncorp's CR-6000 Lead-Free Reflow Delivers Large Oven Capability in Small Footprint
A new generation of forced hot air lead-free CR reflow systems that meet the high temperature and tight process control requirements of lead-free while occupying up to 30% less floor space, are now offered by Manncorp.
The featured CR6000 12.5 ft. long model is computer controlled, has six individually managed upper and lower heat zones, with high mass and high-stability heating. Its large-oven capabilities include a DT of ±2șC edge-to-edge heating conformity integrated with a 3-channel profiler, and a motor-adjustable 17.7" pin conveyor over a 22.4" stainless steel mesh belt.
For ease of maintenance, an automatic oiler lubricates the chain conveyor and an enhanced flux management system prevents excessive buildup in the heating tunnel. Removable panels allow complete access for service. The base unit includes a powerful PCB air cooler. Optional high-efficiency water-to-air cooling is available, as is nitrogen atmosphere. The CR series includes 5, 8 and 10-zone models, with Internet prices starting at $23,500.
