Kennesaw, GA — Fabrico, the leader in design and manufacturing services for flexible materials and advanced assembly, now offers laser printable law tag solutions for the mattress manufacturing industry. Fabrico’s skilled design engineers can choose the best label material for their application, cut it into the proper shape, and allow OEMs to use their own office laser printers to make their law tags, or Fabrico can create the desired label from start to finish.
These labels can be printed on two types of unique material – an uncoated paper/film/paper construction or a cloth-like latex saturated nylon. The uncoated paper/film/paper construction is highly durable and delivers the toughness of a synthetic sheet with the benefit of an uncoated paper printing surface. The latex saturated nylon material provides a cloth-like feel, offers exceptional edge tear, tensile and bursting strength, and can be grommeted and sewn. Both of these materials have superior folding endurance, the water and tear resistance properties of synthetic paper, and print with the ease of conventional paper.
In addition to mattress law tags, the long lasting performance of the labels made from these components is ideal for applications with an extended shelf life, including maps, menus, temporary ID cards, hang tags, certificates, book covers, and more.
With precise and accurate laser printing capabilities, Fabrico can help ensure that manufacturers come away with labels that are easy to read and aesthetically pleasing. Fabrico’s team of experienced design engineers is always on hand to help OEMs choose the best label materials and converting, printing, and application processes.
