By pad printing plates directly from digital files, direct-to-plate Cobalt 300 enables printing of neck labels with logos and letters as small as 4 pt type on T-shirts, sweatshirts, uniforms, and other apparel. Servo-driven motor enables max etching speed of 110 ips, while XY motion of laser print head allows etching of images up to 12 x 24 in. In addition to plate-making, CO2 laser system is suitable for engraving various substrates and cutting fixtures.

By engraving pad printing plates directly from digital files, the Cobalt 300 enables printing of neck labels with high quality logos and letters as small as 4 pt type. Compared to traditional photosensitive plate etching, laser etching produces first generation images with absolute repeatability; laser etching is up to 15 times faster and does not require film positives or chemicals.
This machine is equipped with a servo-driven motor that enables the maximum etching speed of 110 inches per second, making the Cobalt 300 the fastest laser engraver in its class. The XY motion of the laser print head allows etching of images up to 12" x 24". The Cobalt 300 also has the unsurpassed software package for quick positioning, modifying and printing multiple graphics to the laser. The laser engraver can be fed graphic files remotely, which answers manufacturers' demand for setting up graphics department and production facilities in different states or countries.
