Laser Diodes are available in red spectral range.
September 29, 2008 -
Available in hermetically sealed 9 mm TO housing, Models ML1468, ML1504, and ML1469 high power laser diodes are suited for photodynamic therapy, medical imaging and diagnostic systems, and DPSS laser displays. With operating temperatures of up to 50°C, Models ML1468 and ML1469 deliver optical cw power of 220 and 350 mW at 635 and 690 nm wavelengths, respectively, out of 50 x 1 µm stripe. Operated only at room temperature and with active cooling system, ML1504 reaches 500 mW.

Powerful Red Laser Diodes
LASER COMPONENTS offers new high power laser diodes in the red spectral range for use in photodynamic therapy, medical imaging and diagnostic systems, DPSS laser displays, lighting, or process control.
The ML1468 delivers an optical cw power of 220 mW at a wavelength of 635 nm out of a 50 x 1 µm stripe. The ML1504 reaches 500 mW (100 x 1 µm) and the ML1469 has a cw power of 350 mW at a wavelength of 690 nm out of a 50 x 1 µm stripe.
All three types come in a hermetically sealed 9 mm TO housing.
While the ML1504 should only be operated at room temperature and with an active cooling system, the ML1468 and ML1469 are suitable for operating temperatures of up to 50°C.
