April 7, 2005 - Intended for Series 150 and 206 laser diode modules, Model LO-X facilitates edge detection, straight edge determination, and almost any alignment application. Line adapter is offered in 4, 45, 60, and 90° configurations. When paired with Model 150 laser diode module, combined units have focus range from 60 mm to infinity. Housed in anodized aluminum, adapter measures 9 x 16.5 mm dia and laser diode measures 40 x 11.5 mm dia. Operating voltage is 4.5–9.0 V.

New Spot To Line Optic From BEA Lasers

BEA Lasers, Inc., Elk Grove Village, IL has announced the availability of their new spot to line adapter for the 150 and 206 series laser diode modules.

Designated as model LO-X, this line generator optic when attached to a suitable laser diode module will convert the laser spot into a line. This will enhance the lasers effectiveness in uses such as, edge detection, straight edge determination and almost any general alignment application.

The line adapter is offered in four configurations, (4º, 45º, 60º, 90º) depending on the model. When coupled with BEA’s Model 150 laser diode module, the combined units have a focus range from 60mm to infinity. Housing material is anodized aluminum measuring 40mmL X 11.5mmD (laser diode module) 9mmL X 16.5mmD (line optic). Operating voltages is from 4.5 to 9.0V.

BEA Lasers is offering the Model LO-X Lens Adapter coupled with a Model 150 Laser module at a special introductory combined price of $299.95. If purchased separately, the units would have a combined price of $335.95. Delivery is from stock at BEA’s Elk Grove Village, IL warehouse.
