MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, announced the release of xmLABOR v7.0, a labor timesheet application used with MicroMain's suite of facility and maintenance management products. The newly streamlined xmLABOR adds timesheet functionality to the company's MicroMain XM computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and MicroMain FM computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system. The tool allows staff and contract labor to enter and submit time quickly. New functionality allows supervisors to improve efficiency, as well, such as adding labor and updating a work order in the same transaction. Automated routines, simple pop-up windows, and click-of-the-button posting also expedite the timesheet process.
The timesheet tool allows users to see, at a glance, days of the week available to schedule work at a particular organization and non-work days, such as holidays. This is particularly useful as supervisors schedule preventive maintenance tasks, which occur on a regular basis throughout the year.
