Designed for 24/7 operation in demanding environments, Model 5422 utilizes Uniwall design that mounts Zebra 220 Xi4 printer components to industrial centerwall. System provides print speeds to 10 ips, print widths from 4.0-8.5 in., label lengths to 14 in., and print resolutions of 203 or 300 dpi. Equipped with RS232/422 and Ethernet communication interfaces, Model 5422 supports direct thermal and thermal transfer printing technologies, as well as linear and 2-D barcodes.

Zebra-Based 5422 Capable of Printing and Applying Labels Up to Legal Size
EXPORT, PA - FOX IV Technologies, Inc. introduces the Model 5422 next-off print-and-apply labeler for printing and applying labels to 8.5" (216mm) wide X 14" long.

Designed for 24/7 operation in the most demanding environments, the Model 5422 utilizes FOX IV's exclusive Uniwall design that mounts the Zebra 220 Xi4 printer components to a rugged industrial centerwall. Screen-printed label and ribbon paths and user-friendly keypad and menus make the Model 5422 easy to operate and maintain.
The Model 5422 print and apply system has print speeds to 10 ips, print widths from 4.0" to 8.5", label lengths to 14" and print resolutions of 203 dpi or 300 dpi. The Model 5422 comes standard with a 12" OD label supply roll.
Supported linear and 2-D bar codes include: Code 39, Datamatrix, PDF417, UCC/EAN Code 128 and UPC/EAN.
The Zebra-based 5422 system supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing technologies. Communication interfaces include RS232/422 and Ethernet. Wireless Ethernet is available as an option.
