As user picks up label, next one is automatically advanced. Design presents label at front of machine, providing convenience for both left-handed and right-handed operators. Supply roll of labels up to 4½ in. wide slices onto Core Holder, which accepts up to 8½ in. roll size and any core diameter from 1½â€“3 in.

Henderson, NV - July 16, 2004 - LABELMATE, long known for its line of Label Dispensers, Rewinders, Unwinders, and Slitters, has announced a new Model LD-100-RS Automatic Label Dispenser with enhanced label sensing and easy set-up.
According to Terry Zimmerman, LABELMATE's President, "The new LD-100-RS Label Dispenser advances the state of the art with new convenience and durability. Using the latest opto-electronic technology, the LD-100-RS has but one simple adjustment. A special reflective sensor sits below the label and reliably and accurately senses the leading edge of your label. As you pick up a label the next one is automatically advanced. The modern design presents the label right at the front of the machine, providing optimum convenience for both left-handed and right-handed operators.
"Your supply roll of labels up to 4-1/2 inches wide slides right onto the Core Holder that accepts up to an 8-1/2-inch roll size and any core diameter from 1-1/2- to 3-inches. Just thread the label web onto the take-up spindle and the LD-100-RS is ready for use. Labels can be from 1/2- to 7-inches long," Mr. Zimmerman said.
There are no mechanical switches to cause adjustment or operational problems. The heavy-duty design of the product will stand up to the most demanding environments.
