Constructed of anodized aluminum, Model ST1000 is available with tamp application module that needs no tools to change from label sizes ranging from 1.5 x 1.5 in. to 4 x 5 in. Tamp module uses reverse fan box to create vacuum to hold label in place for application. Tamp/fan does not blow label off, but makes contact with surface of product to be labeled. Suitable for top, bottom, and side applications, applicator can be used for recessed areas, indexing lines, and variable speed lines.

Label Applicator Accommodates a Range of Label Sizes Without Tools
The ID Technology Model ST1000 is a full featured label applicator that is now available with a tamp application module that needs no tools to change from label sizes ranging from 1.5"x1.5" up to 4"x5". The unique tamp module uses a reverse fan box to create vacuum to hold the label in place for application to a product. The tamp/fan does not blow the label off, but makes contact with the surface of the product to be labeled. Like other ID Technology engineered equipment, the Model ST1000 has a modular, simple, user friendly design that sets this applicator above the competition. It's ideal for top, bottom and side applications and can be used for recessed areas, indexing lines and variable speed lines.
While economical, the ST1000 is a rugged industrial-duty applicator. The anodized aluminum construction provides protection from corrosive environments. With the ambidextrous left-hand and right-hand design, added flexibility is obtained and allows for changeover in the field. The simplistic design results in minimal downtime, easy fault diagnosis as well as minimal parts inventory.
A brightly lit, touch-screen display offers complete easy user interface. A change in background color from green to orange to red gives quick, highly visible applicator status.
