Pro-Lite Inc. Introduces UL and CUL Listed Edge-Lit Led Signage With Neon Look and Multiple Advantages Over Neon
Pro-Lite Inc. of Costa Mesa, California, the first company to introduce the 32” indoor red LED sign in 1981, 3 color sign in 1984, and outdoor LED sign in 1987, has invented and is now offering a UL AND CUL listed neon alternative. Pictured is an edge-lit LED sign (patent pending), which is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor applications and offers many advantages over traditional neon. Pro-Lite’s neon alternative was designed using state-of-the-art technology to last 10+ years. This is 3 to 5 times longer than neon or fluorescent. It is shatterproof, glass-free, and is produced using materials that are unbreakable; this enables it to be shipped anywhere without breakage. Its edge-lit LED sign never leaks gas and is environmentally friendly. Since it only uses 18VDC, it is not electronically hazardous.
