January 27, 2014 - Supplied in IP64 plastic housings that are damp location rated for indoor applications, Budget LED (BLED) drivers include 12, 20, 25, 35, 40, and 50 W constant-current models that offer 100–277 V universal input range. Over voltage, over current, and short circuit protection with automatic recovery are included as standard and help ensure proper luminaire performance. Products are UL recognized for US and Canada as well as CE certified.

Huntley, Illinois --- Thomas Research Products has introduced a new line of Budget LED Drivers. Thomas Research Products is a leading manufacturer of SSL power solutions.

The new BLED series includes 12W, 20W, 25W, 35W, 40W, and 50W constant-current models. They offer long life and good performance at a reasonable price point. These models also feature a smaller footprint than our standard high-performance LED drivers. Eliminating dimming options allows for simpler, lower cost design.

TRP's new drivers offer 100-277V universal input voltage. The IP64 plastic housings are damp location rated for indoor applications. To keep luminaires performing, they offer over-voltage, over-current and short circuit protection with automatic recovery. The BLED series drivers come with a 2 year warranty.

All LED Drivers from TRP are UL Recognized for both US and Canada, and are CE certified. BLED information can be found on the company's website. Availability begins 2Q 2014.
