Model Z-8200 offers 100 Hz, 120 Hz, and 1 kHz test frequencies and has built-in comparator with 4-bin sorting capability. With series and parallel equivalent circuit modes, it also provides auto ranging with data hold, includes open and short circuit calibration, and pass/fail binning alarm. Measurement ranges include 1 mohm to 999.99 Mohm for resistance/impedance, 1 µH to 999.99 H for inductance, and 1 pF to 999.99 µF for capacitance. Measurement rate is 2/sec.
