Phelps, NY - March 23, 2009 - Display Concepts (www.display-concepts.com) has introduced a new low-cost replacement monitor for NCR and Diebold ATMs. The new model V084S1 display is an 8.4" flat-panel LCD to replace existing LCDs or upgrade older 10" CRTs. A smart design approach reduces costs and ensures long life; for example, a temperature-controlled fan runs only when needed, rather than continuously as in other LCD displays.
LCD technology offers brighter, sharper images than CRTs and will not degrade over time due to screen burn. This "standard-brightness" V084S1 LCD display is ideal for indoor or outdoor ATMs. Display Concepts also offers a full line of "high-brightness" ATM displays for easy viewing in direct sunlight.
