Utilizing ATMEGA32 microcontroller and 4M bit AT45DB041B flash, TC405/851 controller board supports Optrex F-51405, F-51851 Series 240 x 64 STN monochrome graphic LCDs with 5.2 in. diagonal viewing area for characters/graphics display. Other features included are RS-232 communication interface with 9 programmable baud rates, 4 Mb flash memory, analog or 6 x 3 keypad w/flip option, AVRISP interface, animation, buzzer, 4 integrated fonts, and multiple display modes: normal, reverse, and mixed.

TVI Electronics is pleased to announce its newest product, the TC405/851 Controller Board. This intelligent LCD controller with an integrated touch screen control provides a full support for Optrex F-51405, F-51851 Series 240x64 STN Monochrome Graphic LCDs with a 5.2-inch diagonal viewing area for characters and graphics display. The TC405/851 uses ATMEGA32 microcontroller and 4M bit AT45DB041B Flash. TC405/851 controller's features are: RS-232 communication interface with nine programmable baud rates, Optional Bluetooth communication interface, 4Mb Flash Memory, Analog or 6x3 Keypad w/Flip Option, Touch screen control, AVRISP Interface, Animation, Buzzer, 4 integrated fonts, Multiple display modes (Normal, Reverse, Mixed).
