Cybernet Announces Smallest, Lightest Keyboard PC Ever

Irvine, CA. Cybernet, the pioneer in all-in-one PC technology, has launched the next-generation model of their popular keyboard PCs: the ZPC-D5. Less than 1 inch thick and weighing just 2.8 pounds, this "zero footprint" keyboard computer is loaded with ports and connections. The ZPC-D5 can be connected to any monitor to immediately turn it into a PC system. It's smaller than a regular computer keyboard, so it can be used where workspace is tightly constrained, such as bank teller windows, customer service counters, reception desks, in temporary field offices, or in hospitals and laboratories.

Cybernet is the industry pioneer in all-in-one computers, and since 1996 has been producing PCs contained within a keyboard or LCD monitor. Cybernet's all-in-one PCs are customized in accordance with specifications unique to their customers' industry and business operations. Cybernet is focused on four main vertical markets: health care, banking, government and education. Cybernet's all-in-one PCs deliver the performance and reliability needed, in space saving packages easy to deploy and maintain.

The new ZPC-D5 uses the latest Intel Dual Core D525 processor and supports up to 4GB of memory - to power even the most demanding business applications. It has an integrated multi-touch pad with left and right keys, and a DVD/CD drive. But it's the abundance of connectivity options that sets this all-in-one PC apart. The ZPC-D5 has built-in connections/support for Internet, high-def audio and video, and dual monitors; 4 USB ports; and a 3-way memory card reader. All of this in a tiny keyboard PC less than 1 inch thick and weighing just 2.8 pounds - it's a real breakthrough.

Cybernet Vice-President Ali A. Bagheri was really excited to launch the newest keyboard PC. "Our keyboard PCs have been extremely popular, and for the last 4 years, our ZPC-GX31 has been our premier model in the product line. We've taken the technology several steps further in this new model; the ZPC-D5 is our smallest, lightest keyboard PC ever. But we didn't skimp on features. Our customers need all the ports and connectivity they've come to expect, so we have delivered. We are very proud of what our engineering team was able to achieve with keyboard PC technology."
