The UltraStor RS16 JS is an enterprise JBOD storage system designed to provide storage expansion to the award-winning expandable UltraStor(TM) RS family, or to connect to a host system integrated Host Bus Adaptor.
The UltraStor(TM) RS16 JS is a 3U-16 disk dual-channel SAS JBOD storage system with one MiniSAS port for storage expansion. Featuring the industry standard SFF-8088 MiniSAS expandable port, the UltraStor(TM) RS16 JS provides expandability and scalability, which maximizes disk performance allowing for a broader range of storage possibilities. The UltraStor(TM) RS16 JS provides easy expandability and scalability for the advanced UltraStor(TM) RS16 IP-4 (Quad GbE iSCSI), RS16 SS (SAS), and RS16 FS (Fibre Channel 4G) storage systems and is designed to easily integrate into elaborate SAN fabrics.
