January 22, 2002 - Series 400, 700 and 900 vibration control pads are offered in variety of configurations such as low frequency, high damping, high loading, level stability, and high coefficient of friction. Available from 2 to 25 mm thick with smooth or non-skid profiles, pads measure 500 x 1000 mm and handle up to 100 tons. They can be cut to fit special applications and combined with free-standing leveling mounts.

Vibration Control Tailored To Machine Requirements

A full line of standard vibration control pads which can be supplied from stock in a variety of configurations or combined with leveling mounts to protect floors and reduce noise are available from AirLoc, a division of Clark-Cutler McDermott Company of Franklin, Massachusetts.

AirLoc® Isolation Pads are offered in a variety of configurations to meet the dynamic requirements of a specific machine such as low frequency, high damping, high loading, level stability, and a high coefficient of friction. Available from 2 mm to 25 mm thick, with smooth or non-skid profiles, the pads measure 500 mm x 1000 mm or can be cut to fit special applications and combined with the firm's full line of free-standing leveling mounts.

Featuring up to 100 ton capacities, AirLoc® Isolation Pads and machine leveling mounts can include the Series 400 Pads for isolating down to 5 to 20 Hz which is ideal for precise measuring equipment; Series 700 Pads for high damping from 40 to 80 Hz for stamping presses and other high impact equipment; and the Series 900 Pads for high load and high frequency applications requiring stability and isolation from 60 to 130 Hz.

AirLoc® Isolation Pads and leveling mounts are priced according to style, size, and quantity. Literature and pricing are available upon request.
