April 11, 2005 - Fully integrated FI 8510-20M is equipped standard with electric remote foot pedal and punch stroke and job controls. It also incorporates 6 x 6 x ½ in. angle shear, rod shear that will shear 1 3/8 in. round and 1¼ in. square rod, and rectangular notcher that can notch 3 x 5 x ½ in. Its 10 in. throat depth can punch 1 1/16 in. hole in 1 in. material, and 20 in. flat bar shear features rake angle with ability to shear up to 1 x 12 in. and ¾ x 20 in. material.

Scotchman® Industries announces the new and improved Fully Integrated 85-Ton Ironworker to their Metal Fabricating Solutions. This ironworker with five built-in stations offers versatility, flexibility and dependability. The Scotchman made fully integrated ironworker has an 85-ton punch capacity and a 10ā€¯ throat depth, which can punch a 1-1/16ā€¯ hole in 1ā€¯ material. The FI 8510-20M is made in America with many standard features that include: 6ā€¯ x 6ā€¯ x 1/2ā€¯ angle shear, rod shear that will shear 1-3/8ā€¯ round and 1-1/4ā€¯ square rod, and a rectangular notcher that can notch 3ā€¯ x 5ā€¯ x 1/2". The 20ā€¯ flat bar shear features a low rake angle with the ability to shear up to 1ā€¯ x 12ā€¯ and 3/4ā€¯ x 20ā€¯ material. This machine comes standard with an electric remote foot pedal, punch stroke control with scale, jog control, keyed punch ram, punch gauging table with fence and scale, shear table & miter fence and notcher table with guide and scale. The FI 8510 also has the ability to accept optional equipment such as press brakes, tube shears, picket tools, and special tooling.
