FastPic5 Order Processing (OP) inventory management software from FastPic® Systems offers a bi-directional interface with the SAP Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system that improves inventory control and order processing efficiency in organizations.
The FastPic5 OP software/SAP interface is an easy-to-use, direct data import and export capability that synchronizes information between the SAP system and FastPic5 OP software for precise inventory and business control. The interface provides seamless two-way exchange of Pick, Put and Count orders between SAP and FastPic5 software. SAP functions as the primary warehouse management system and feeds inventory transactions to FastPic5. FastPic5's advanced cube management and optimized transaction processing can easily be used in automated storage and retrieval applications where SAP is the primary business system. More precise inventory control results in enhanced productivity and order processing efficiency, reduced item handling and improved billing and inventory accuracy.
FastPic5 OP software manages virtually all manual and automated storage and retrieval systems including shelving, rack, drawers, pick-to-light, horizontal and vertical carousels and VLMs. The software can also manage single workstations and multiple work zones where several different types of storage and retrieval systems are used. Features such as bar code scanning, bulk storage management, printable screen lists, on-demand labels, continuous batching, and supervisory reports are also available.
