June 1, 2003 - SSTâ„¢ Reliance AutoMax card allows users to connect PCI bus computer to Reliance AutoMax DCS-NET or Remote I/O network. High-speed link avoids bottleneck of RS232 serial connections. Reliance AutoMax PCI Interface Card

Connect a PCI Computer to Reliance AutoMax DCS-NET or Remote I/O network.

June 2003, Waterloo, Canada. The Woodhead Connectivity group announces the release of its Reliance AutoMax PCI interface card (part number 5136-RE2-PCI).

The SSTâ„¢ Reliance AutoMax interface card allows users to connect their PCI bus computer to a Reliance AutoMax DCS-NET or Remote I/O network. This solution provides a high-speed link, avoiding the bottleneck of RS232 serial connections. Applications include system programming functions, statistical process control (SPC/SQC), process monitoring, operator interface and HMI, diagnostics, and system start-up and commissioning.

Other solutions available from Woodhead Connectivity include PC/PLC interfaces, gateways, I/O simulation software, diagnostic tools, connectors, cable assemblies, and connection blocks.
