Designed for TW Series twin boring heads, Insert Holders accept ISO standard SC inserts and allow infinite adjustment of insert pocket between 15 and 75°. Graduations of 15° are show on holders for quick reference, and intermediate angles can be set with tool presetter. Inclusive boring range for holders at any angle is 2.28-8.07 in. diameter.

Boring Tool Insert Holders Offer Adjustable Chamfering Angle
BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. introduces adjustable chamfering insert holders for the TW Series of Kaiser twin boring heads.
These new insert holders accept ISO standard SC inserts and allow infinite adjustment of the insert pocket between 15° and 75°. Graduations of 15° are shown on the holders for quick reference, and intermediate angles can be set with the use of a tool presetter.
Sold individually, the holders can be used on Kaiser TW boring heads for chamfering or light semi-finish boring applications where a special lead angle is required. The inclusive boring range for these holders at any angle is Ø2.28"-8.07". Additional diameter range may be possible for specific angle applications. Please consult BIG Kaiser for more information.
